The Gardens at Beachwalk is a community of 320 condomimium residences set in beautiful Mediterranean inspired surroundings.  One, two and three bedroom units are home to families and snowbirds alike who appreciate the amenities, enviable location and friendly neighbors.

This gated community is less than 5 miles to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island, making it a wonderful winter retreat.  Its close proximity to hospitals, shopping and the library makes it an excellent choice for year round living.  In fact, you can walk to the grocery store, pharmacy, video rental store or to Bicotti's coffee shop for a morning cuppa and a pastry. 

Take a walk around our beautifully landscaped grounds and exchange friendly greetings with fellow Beachwalkers and get a glimpse of exotic birds on the shores of our two lakes.  We even have a sandy lakefront beach below our pool!

Amenities at the Gardens at Beachwalk include a beautiful, sparkling blue pool (one of the nicest in Fort Myers) and hot tub surrounded by sun lounges and shady sitting areas, an outdoor bar and beverage machines, fitness center and billiards/game room.  On site security and gated entries make this a safe community in which to live or to visit.

Residents enjoy social activities such as poolside parties and holiday celebrations in our beautiful clubhouse, which is also available for hosting private parties.
